Member
The Member registration includes access to the Opening Reception on February 9, 2010, and all sessions, lunches, exhibits, breaks and receptions occuring February 10 & 11, 2010. You can add the Leader's Track and/or IMEX Future Leaders Forum to this registration role.

The Non-Member registration includes access to the Opening Reception on February 9, 2010, and all sessions, lunches, exhibits, breaks and receptions occuring February 10 & 11, 2010. You can add the Leader's Track and/or IMEX Future Leaders Forum to this registration role.

As part of a special introductory offer to the GMIC, the Non-Member registration fee also includes a complimentary one-year membership in the Green Meeting Industry Council. This offer is for new GMIC members only and is not available to renewing members. If you register and pay for this role you will be contacted by GMIC with further information about this offer. Student
Students must be enrolled full time to be eligible for the student rate. The Student registration includes access to the Opening Reception on February 9, 2010, and all sessions, lunches, exhibits, breaks and receptions occuring February 10 & 11, 2010. You can add the Leader's Track and/or IMEX Future Leaders Forum to this registration role.

**One Day Only for All Roles (select this role if you wish to attend only one day of the conference, regardless of your member status)
The Day Rate registration includes access to all the occuring on either Wednesday, February 10 OR Thursday, February 11, 2010 during the registration process.You can also add, the Leader's Track and/or IMEX Future Leaders Forum which occurs on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 to this registration role for an additional fee.

Please review the information found on the conference website for details on the IMEX Future Leaders Forum. This forum occurs February 9, 2010.

  • If you wish to attend the forum only, select the "IMEX Future Leaders Forum - Green Meetings 101 Only" on the first page of the registration form
  • If you want to add the forum to your full conference registration, first select your appropriate conference role and then select the IMEX Future Leaders Forum on the "Optional" product page during the registration process.

****Leader's Track
Please review the information found on the conference website for details on the Leader's Track. The Leader's Track can be added to any full conference registration and this option can be found on the "Options" page during the registration process.

Reception Only
Selecting this registration role will allow you to attend the Opening Reception Tuesday February 9 (5:00pm - 6:30pm, Colorado Convention Center) OR the Hospitality Reception Wednesday February 10 (8:30pm - 11:00pm, Hyatt Regency) ONLY. Full conference registrations already include these receptions.

Registration does not include hotel or transportation costs


Invoice / Receipt for Your Registration

You will automatically be sent a confirmation email if you successfully submit payment at the time of registration. If you do not submit payment, you will be sent a pending email with further instructions on your balance and payment options.

If you have already registered or begun your registration, you can access a copy of your receipt or invoice at any time by coming back to this main registration page located at www.iplanevents.com/gmic2010 and clicking on the “Access my Registration” link under the "Already Registered?" headline at the bottom of this page and following the instructions. If you have not yet paid, you can submit a payment by clicking on the “Fees and Payment” tab and then the “Make a Payment” link. In order to print an invoice or receipt click the link to do so on the “Main” tab.

Registration Policies

Payment Types:
GMIC accepts payment in the following formats: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Purchase Order, and check.

If paying by check,  please select "Check"  from the "Method of Payment" drop down menu on the Registration Payment page and hit the "Pay Later" button at the bottom of the page.

If paying by Purchase Order, be sure to select "PO" from the "Method of Payment" drop down menu on the Registration Payment page and hit the "Pay Later" button at the bottom of the page.

If you need a copy of your invoice in order to process your payment internally, please review the invoice/ receipt information above.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be received in writing. If received before January 26, 2010, a $50 processing fee will be incurred.
  • No refund of any kind, for any reason (including medical emergencies) will be given for cancellation requests received after January 26, 2010.
  • Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee.
  • Email cancellations to registration@greenmeetings.info.
